Welcome Ladies! It's Requel here. I am a mother, sister, daughter, and friend. My life experiences have come with many mistakes and accomplishments, as all of us right?

I am a woman of faith who has experienced LIFE at an early age and I figured out she is not always kind. Through my journey, I have experienced my fair share of tears, confusion, joy, and despair. I'm no Life coach or psychologist I am a woman with one unique journey that I have allowed to teach me a few things from my triumphs and defeat. I've been open to learning from all the great women in my life as well as my village.

I've questioned myself and I was unsure of who I may be outside of the many titles that I hold. Because I’ve discovered, whom I’ve desired to be and who I am currently, are parallel to one another.

When I was 8 years old I experienced tragedy and grief in which has literally shaped me into the person I am today. I lost my mother Requitta D.

Hamilton, to breast cancer. I didn’t realize that losing my mother would change how I view myself and everything in between. So as I have entered adulthood I am on this journey, the voyage to HER.

What I have learned is, you must be intentional and matter of fact in this voyage to becoming the HER you are destined to be. So I am on a mission to continually discover, and meet “Her”. The “HER” that is fearless, wise, content, growing every day, and oozing with purpose!

Voyage to her is a lifestyle, self-care, self-discovery blog. Voyage To Her will discuss the journey of womanhood from health, relationships, marriage, children, and how to get through it all.

It will cover adjusting to the new phases of life and discovering our identity and purpose. The voyage to her is for everyone, every woman becoming and has the innermost desire to meet the new version of herself every single day.

Life is a journey, not a destination. It's a journey that we take step-by-step day by day with flaws, imperfections, mistakes, chaos, grief, and everything in between. We are on this voyage together, the voyage to her! welcome.
